Level 1

Roll out toes

Roll out ankles

Reach to the sky

Reach to the sky and lean to each side

Overhead side stretch

Sit and stretch to feet

Side to side

Wide-angled seated forward bend

Butterfly

Reverse Pigeon

Shoulder stretch

Triceps stretch

Wrist/hand stretch

Runners stretch

Back rotation stretch

Quad stretch (double or single leg)

Double knee to chest


Level 2 with stretch strap

Hamstring stretch

Drape the leg over your body

Open up all the way to the other side

Pigeon Pose


Level 3

Cervical traction

Upper back foam roller release

Lower back foam roller release

Spinal alignment roll out
